The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:
Identify growth opportunities, business model innovation, and capabilities to support Shopee Xpress’ strategic vision
Develop cost and financial models, as well as supporting analysis for business planning and operational decision-making purposes
Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed
Work closely with variety of stakeholders to ensure strategies are implemented and well executed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, Master of Business Administration holder will be an advantage
Minimum 2-3 years working experience; Consulting or Corporate Strategy will be an advantage
Strong financial modeling, cost modeling, business modeling, and cost projection skills
Outstanding project management skill, especially in managing complex projects
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skill
Independent contributor with a can-do attitude
Ready for a challenging and a dynamic yet fun working environment
